Laurie's Garden by Barbara Epstein Gruber

Another talented artist is my brother Bob's painting partner, Barbara Epstein Gruber. Barbara graduated from the Maryland Institute College of Art with a BFA in painting and received her MFA from Brooklyn College. Her paintings and drawings are about light, color, air, touch and the experience of painting. They are painted directly from life. She has participated in numerous shows, been featured in many publications, won a number of awards and is gallery represented.

My brother, Bob, is a well known East Coast painter with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in painting from The Maryland Institute College of Art. He paints the American landscape directly from nature with the objective of conveying the experience of life, light and movement to the viewer.
